- Strava
- The interests page displays my own cycling stats fetched from Strava's API. No visitor data is sent to Strava. This is purely server-side and only concerns my own account.Provided by Strava, Inc., San Francisco. Privacy policy
GDPR
- Legal basis
- Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, and PostHog operate under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I have a reasonable interest in understanding how my site performs and is used, and these tools collect no personal data. Contact form submissions are processed based on your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Data retention
- Analytics data (Vercel and PostHog) is aggregated and anonymous. No personal data is stored. PostHog data is hosted in the EU. Contact form submissions (name and email) are kept in Loops until you request deletion.
- International transfers
- Vercel, PostHog, and Loops are US-based companies. All process data under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR for transfers outside the EU. PostHog analytics data is stored on EU servers.
- Your rights
- You can ask what data I have about you, request its deletion, unsubscribe from emails, or ask me not to contact you. Reach out and I'll sort it within a few days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit .
